We celebrate 15 years of operation at EyeCorner Press with Camelia Elias’s 15th book in the Philosophy of Divination category: Tarot for Romeo and Juliet: Reflections on Relationships.
This celebration also marks the beginning of a new limited edition series for book collectors and bibliophiles who can appreciate the power of form and top notch materials. The books in this series are bound in silk cloth, stamped in silver or gold with gilt edges and special end papers, and printed on 150 gsm paper.
The 15 years jubilee centers around the passions of the heart. As the heart in love races towards the lover, the idea with this book is that we race towards the thing of beauty. Infinite love is a thing of beauty, but who gets to experience it? Such an experience is not possible without knowledge of the heart of man. The book investigates into this knowledge, offering also a cautionary tale against making wrong assumptions when it comes to what we imagine about the ones we love.
The event kicks off with the online release of the fine edition that comes in seven variations in the form of talismanic art.
The Icon edition consists of the fine binding book plus an original artwork, made as a love talisman.
The Spell edition consists of the signed, fine binding book plus a 3-card reading for each individual who gets this option written on the back of the card.
The Cloak and Dagger edition consists of the signed, fine binding book plus a calligraphy sigil by the author. The sigil appears inside the covers.
